What to Expect

*FREE Delivery on all items if you live within Sussex. Large items that require van delivery will be charged at our normal large delivery price.

❋ UK Standard Delivery £5.95

Royal Mail Tracked 1-2 working day service. You will receive email notifications/tracking with the allocated day of delivery.

❋ UK Small Furniture £35

This is a Courier 2-7 working day service for small furniture items. You will be given a 2 hour time slot on your allocated day as above.

❋ UK Large Parcels £25

This is a Dpd or DX Carrier 1-3 working day service for larger/heavier items with full tracking and notifications.

❋ UK Large Furniture £45

This is a Courier 3 -10 day service for large/heavy/delicate furniture. Our couriers will contact you directly and offer a 2 hour time slot on your allocated day as above. This is a 2 man service into your home.

RETURNS POLICY

Return your items within 30 days to receive a full refund to the following address: 115 Waldegrave Road, Brighton BN1 6GJ. Returns are at the customer's expense but do contact us if we can assist with arranging a courier collection for larger items. For smaller/normal parcels we recommend Evri online as a cost effective method of return.

Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item, but you can of course re-order online.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please take care to fully inspect your items to ensure you are happy with them before disposing of packaging as failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

Refunds will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order. Return postage is at customer's own cost and liability.

Payment Information
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, PayPal and Maestro. All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.
